Very Good Hardcover. 1909 Cameo Classics Edition, notes and comments by Henry Hudson, Israel Gollancz, and C.H. Herford, 142 pages with full glossary and footnotes. Hardback book in slipcase. Book measures approximately 5.5" X 8", green boards, ivory-colored 3-dimensional cameo portrait of Shakespeare on front cover, book protected by (original?) clear cellophane-like cover. Although this cover is in good condition only, it does not affect the quality of the book itself. Spine of book does show some color fading, but book is otherwise in very good condition. Slipcase is black cardboard with cream-colored paste-down on front showing the title, author, cameo classics edition and a picture of the play's witches. No dust jacket- as issued. Slipcase does show some wear from rubbing and bumps as well as minor soiling, but is otherwise in good condition.
